- Go to Calendar in your app and then select New Appointment.
- Add a subject to your appointment and then select your preferred Location.
- Set a start and end time and then click on Invite Attendees if it is a meeting.
- At last select Save & Close/Send to apply your changes.
- You can also set meeting using Scheduling Assistant in Outlook for the web. Using Scheduling Assistant for creating meeting allows you to check attendees and room availability. To do so go to Scheduling Assistant.
- You can check the shaded areas with vertical bars to know when the person is free for meeting and then drag the bars to adjust meeting timings.
- Check when the attendees are available from the grid.
- To add a contact on your Hotmail account, first, click on the People icon and then click on New Contact.
- Fill in the details including name, number and other information of the person.
- Click on Save & New if you want to add any other contact also or select Save & Close to just save the number.
